News from Fenwick Parish Church by Shona Crosbie

Fenwick Parish Church Notices - 13/01/12

A warm welcome is extended to everyone to join with us for Morning Worship at 10.30am.  This is Kilmarnock Pulpit Exchange Sunday and the Service will be conducted by Rev Eddie Marshall from Crosshouse while Geoff is conducting Worship in Darvel.

Junior Church and YCam meet on Sunday mornings.   Our young people attend the first part of our worship and then leave to go to their own learning zones.  Come along and bring your friends.   The Creche is also available for our very young people.

We would like to think about running a Messy Church in Fenwick and anyone interested in helping should get in touch with Rev Geoff Redmayne.

The Whist Drive will be held in the Church Hall on Friday January 20 at 7.30pm.  This is a catered event.   If you wish to book a table, or just come along, please contact John Douglas (01560 600630) or Catherine McInnes (01560 700283)

Feel like throwing in the towel?? Make it a positive step!  The boys at Baranasayuria Orphanage are in need of towels.   Do you have one you no longer use lying at the bottom of your airing cupboard?  If so, the boys would be delighted to receive it.   Alistair and Shona head out to Sri Lanka on January 29 and would be happy to take them to the boys.  There will be a "laundry basket" in the Church to receive your giveaways.

If you know of anyone who is in Hospital, or someone who would benefit from a home visit from Geoff, or if you know of someone whom you would like the Prayer Chain to include in their prayers, please complete the card at the end of the pew and place it in the box on the Welcome Table on Sunday mornings.   Alternatively you can contact Geoff (visits) or Shona (Prayer Chain) directly.   All requests will be dealt with appropriately and sensitively.
