A warm welcome is extended to everyone to join us in Morning Worship at 10.30am. The Service will be conducted by Rev Geoff Redmayne and will follow the theme "Bringing the Light".
Children of all ages are invited to join us on Sunday mornings. They are made very welcome in Church for the first part of the Service and then go to their various learning zones, Creche, Junior Church or YCam in the Church Hall for the remainder of the Service. Come along and bring your friends to join in the fun.
The Church Whist Drive was held on Friday January 20 John Douglas welcomed a good turnout and acted as Cardmaster. Irene Couper presented the prizes and drew the raffle. The winners were: Ladies - 1. Mary Speirs, 2. Lesley Wilcox, 3. Jean Currie, 4. Jean Morton, 5. Jean Caldwell. Booby Sally Gray. Gents - 1. Greta Morton, 2. J. Kerr, 3. Drew Jackson, 4. John Templeton, 5. J. Hope, Booby Cathie Baird. The Fellowship Team would like to thank everyone who came along and gave their support, and donated raffle prizes and food for the Supper.
The Bible Study Group will meet on alternate Monday nights at 7.30pm at the home of Alistair and Ann Naismith, 6 Weavers Grove Fenwick. The next meeting will be on January 30.
Messy Church will be held in the Howard Centre on Thursday January 26 from 5 - 7pm. Supper will be served between 5 and 5.40pm. Arrival time is relaxed and families are welcome to come along as and when they can. Toys and activities will be available for the children during this time. Crafts and activities begin at 6pm and will run until 6.45pm, when the evening will end with a short celebration time. All ages are welcome.
Sundae Sunday will be held in The Church Hall on February 26 from 2 - 4pm. This is being run by the Mums and Toddlers as a fundraiser towards the travel costs of the Duff family. Their two and a half year old son Dylan, has to attend the Beatson in Glasgow everyday for six weeks for an aggressive course of radiotherapy. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
Minister Visits/Prayer Chain. If you know of anyone who is in Hospital, or someone who would benefit from a home visit from Geoff, or, if you know of someone whom you would like the Prayer Chain to include in their prayers, please complete the cards in Church on a Sunday morning, or alternatively contact Geoff directly.
