Very, very big thank you to David who has come to my rescue when my laptop froze. His speedy and friendly response to my frantic phone call has enabled me to be back on line within 24hours of contact. More importantly I have not had to break the bank to pay for return of my laptop now working as fast as when I first git it. So again Huge Thank You. Sandy Scott
